The Star Track Aging - Thinking of mobility, dexterity and age

They say the old track stars never die, they just disappear. Their records will be distributed and useless as the change in distance, change of shoes, have become fast track, and the human body becomes stronger and stronger, harder, together with competition. Of course, we all know that is true, but it makes it easier or more?

Not long ago, an acquaintance from memory when asked, "I have two questions for you. What do you have to monitor events, and what was your time in the mile?

It was fun, once again the good old days, because in my time, I was, in fact, quite the athlete. You see, in high school ran a 4:12 mile, and in college, I ran a 4:00.07, so basically four-minute mile. Ran the 2-miles and 880 in high school, which became the 800 meters and also ran in the school. In high school I ran the high hurdles for bonus points, high jump and relay mile, also ran the mileRelay in the university about 49-51 seconds for the quarter.

Not bad for a white guy, but in the sprints, I could not keep up with heavy black athletes, their genes were too strong for me. The training has killed me, but it was quick and my mobility was not like normal people, used to prevent cars in the parking lot, picnic tables, scale chain wire fence with one step and more. And Cross Country, Never run a hill that I could more quickly than a mountain goat. Good old daysindeed.

It would be great, this level of agility and the ability of today. I miss him a lot, more is something so cruel. I guess I never experienced that people do not know my level, what they have accomplished, but I think I can do much about it. But life, if you're thinking, agility, skill, and age. The Aging Track Star never dies.
