This product is good and was shipped fast but they run Small, I'm normally a size 7 and thats what i ordered but it fits like a 6.5 would..so FYI order a bit bigger to be comfortable..

I ordered the wrong size and when I returned the item (tags on in original box-no damage at all) I only received of the paid for the item......
Slippery Shoes - J. Dumais -
These shoes looked great, but performed very poorly. Spikes came with these shoes, but they were not permitted on any of the tracks in our area. The plastic bottoms wore down after the second competitive track meet. After that, she slid every time she tried to run or jump while wearing them. They are useless to her now.
