This is my third pair of Asics GT shoes. Its very comfortable and supports my foot properly. The quality is quite good as the shoe generally lasts one full year of everyday rough use. I was fitted this shoe by a running company a few years ago and since then I have stuck to this brand.

These shoes looked great, but performed very poorly. Spikes came with these shoes, but they were not permitted on any of the tracks in our area. Gig Harbor senior Miles Unterreiner ran 15:39 on the 5K course in each state championship victory and his second trip.

Law lose 5 seniors following this year's 3 straight girls state title, but Juniors Alyssa Andrews and Rachel Seibert should be back in his final season.

The Gig Harbor Tides are the first high school team to win 3 consecutive titles, Issaquah won every 3A title from 1985 to 1987. Gig Harbor is a school in Western Washington.

Gig Harbor boys came close to winning, like Miles Unterreiner was the first champion of individual state of the tide from Geoff Perry won the 2ATitle in 1995.

If children Gig Harbor won, would be the first time in 20 years a team from Western Washington won 4A title and the first time since a major conference in 1980 that a school for schoolwide Title swept both.

Patty Law, who coaches both girls and boys in Gig Harbor, who built the program into a tidal power plant in the state.

(A 20:34), sophomore Ashlee giesmė (8.in 22:07), freshman Joanna Sowers (10. in 22:13), Junior Jessica Zimmerman 11. (at 22:14), sophomore Britny Biles (15. in 22:39) and senior Jessica Flores (22. in 23: 17).

The Navigators 1-4-8-10-11 final was a great example of team noted that the nose end 3-5-7-9-13 Saint George's.

Girls2A - Sehome won the team standings with 79, finishing 2-6-19-21-31. Bellingham became 2nd to 91st Sophos Ruby Roberts of Kingston ran 18:39 at the state championship each victory. Kingston has been in the team competition of the 15th.

1A Girls - King's team won the title with 70, finishing 1-9-19-20-21. Lacent became 2nd to 89th Junior King's Olivia Thomas ran 19:16 in the individual state championship to win and lead his team to the championship. 19-20-21 Finish of the King 3, 4 and 5 Runnerwas a great example of team working. I have been running for a few years and loved my asics 2110's. So, I was really excited when the 2120 came out. However, they don't fit as well as the 2110 and my knees have started to hurt with them. I never had a knee problem with the 2110. I am thinking of switching to the kayano line to see if those are better shoes for me.

I got this pair of Speed Star about a month ago with another pair of casual shoes from Asics. I feel like I have not worn the Speed Star long enough to give a more dependable review ( I only wear them for jogging and I jog about3 times a week), which is the reason I only gave it 4 stars, but so far it has been meeting my expectations. I'm an Asian and have a small bone structure so I really wanted a pair of light-weight jogging shoes that can give me a good support and cushion without a heavy bottom. And the speed star is definitely extremely light-weighted (I believe it has the least weight of all Asics running shoes) and the gel gives me enough support and cushion. Since I have not worn it long, it still has a little new-shoes feeling, but it's definitely getting more comfortable. For people with the same body build like me, I definitely recommend this one. But if you are big-boned you may want a little more support than this. Just to make it fair I have to admit that it is not the best jogging shoes I ever had. I had a pair of blue Nike shoes (I forgot name) that I wore for, like, 2+ years, for all kinds of work-out when I was in school and it was just perfect. It was very much like the Speed Star but fit more comfortably and had no shoe-laces. (I know it was hard to believe running shoes without shoe laces but I swear it was great.) But Nike does not make them anymore (the Nike free-style are sort of look-alike but I got a pair it broke in less than a month and did not feel any thing like my old pair and extremely ugly) so I would say right now the Speed Star is the definite choice if you want a pair a jogging shoes that looks great, extremely light-weighted and performs well at the same time. Certain websites suggest for Asics you should get one size larger than usual but this is not the case with me.

These shoes are great. Very comfortable. I would have given it 5 stars, but these shoes have one annoying feature. THE RIGHT SHOE IS ALWAYS SMALLER THAN THE LEFT SHOE!!! Trust me, I tried on like 6 pairs because I couldn't believe it. Yeah, I know some of you might think that my right foot is just bigger than my left foot, but it's not. If you're going to buy these shoes, you have to buy two pairs of them, where the second pair is a half size smaller than the shoes that actually fit you. Then, do a switch-a-roo. Take the right shoe of the size that fits you, and then take the left shoe of the smaller size. Voila, Now you have a matching pair. You'll have to figure out what to do with the non-matching pair. This is the only way you'll actually get two matching shoes that are the same size. I swear, some of those foreign factories overseas are pulling this prank on us where they're making every right shoe slightly smaller than the left shoe. This actually happened to me with Steve Madden shoes too. This is no joke. You'll see that I'm right when you try these shoes on. Just line the shoes up next to each other, and you'll notice right away that the right shoe is smaller than the left shoe.
